The Experience: Starting 12 months out, we act as your personal planning concierge. We handle the research, negotiations, and logistics, allowing you to bypass the stress of endless vendor comparisons. From managing your budget and executing your design aesthetic to curating your vendor team, we handle the heavy lifting. You’ll receive tailored recommendations, allowing you to make confident decisions and enjoy your engagement while we handle every detail.
Partial Wedding Planning
(The Collaborative Partner)
Best for: Couples who have secured their venue and laid the foundation but seek expert guidance to perfect the details.
The Experience: Starting 7 months before your date, we step in to refine your plans, manage your budget, and coordinate your vendors. We provide professional expertise to ensure every element aligns seamlessly with your vision, all while you retain full control over final decisions. You bring the foundation; we bring the professional expertise to complete your dream day.
Month-of Coordination
(The Seamless Execution)
Best for: Organized couples who have planned the details but want a professional to take over the reins in the final weeks.
The Experience: We begin 8 weeks out to oversee your timeline, manage your vendor team, and provide day-of orchestration. We ensure your plans are executed flawlessly, allowing you and your family to step back and be fully present in the celebration.

Lead Planner and Owner
Alicia Miller is a South Carolina native and proud alumna of the College of Charleston and New York University. Her journey into professional wedding planning began with her own destination wedding in Charleston in 2021 while living in New York. Through the experience of planning her own celebration, she discovered not only a passion for creating meaningful events, but also a desire to help other couples enjoy the process with confidence and peace of mind.
With a background in event planning and project management, Alicia understands firsthand how exciting and overwhelming wedding planning can be. After bringing her own vision to life, she knew she wanted to help couples experience that same joy while taking the stress off their shoulders.
Since founding Timeless Celebrations by Alicia, she has had the privilege of planning weddings at some of Charleston's most beloved venues, including Historic Rice Mill, The Camden Room, Cooper River Room, Hotel Bennett, Dunes West, Trinity Hall, and many more.
