I’m Alicia Miller, a South Carolina native and proud alumna of the College of Charleston and New York University. My journey into wedding planning began with my own destination wedding from New York in 2021. With a background in event planning and project management, I turned my vision into a day I’ll never forget and realized I wanted to help other couples feel that same magic.

Partial Wedding Planning

Our Partial Wedding Planning package is tailored for couples who have laid the groundwork for their wedding but seek expert assistance to refine and complete the planning process. If you've already secured your venue, selected key vendors, or started designing your décor, we step in to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.

Here's what’s included:

6 Video or Phone Consultations

(monthly check-ins to keep you on track)

Budget Management:

Set a realistic budget, prioritize what matters most, get vendor recommendations within your price range, and stay on track with spending from start to finish.

Assistance with securing up to 2 wedding vendors (excluding venue and catering)

Vendor Coordination:

We'll take over communication with your selected vendors, confirming schedules, managing contracts, and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Timeline Development:

We’ll help you finalize a comprehensive wedding day timeline, covering everything from the pre-ceremony preparations to the last dance.

Logistics Management:

From seating arrangements to transportation and setup logistics, we handle the intricate details that ensure your day flows smoothly.

Design Refinement:

Whether it’s adjusting your color palette, choosing floral arrangements, or coordinating the overall aesthetic, we’ll work with you to perfect your wedding design.

Ceremony Rehearsal:

A guided run-through of the wedding ceremony to ensure everyone knows their roles and the day flows smoothly.

On-the-Day Coordination:

We’ll be there on the day of your wedding to oversee all aspects, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.

With our Partial Wedding Planning service, you can enjoy the remaining planning process with confidence, knowing that every aspect of your wedding will be expertly managed.

NOTE: Our collaboration begins 6 months before your wedding, where we review your existing plans and determine the next steps to bring your vision to life.

Month of Coordination

Our Month of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want professional support to bring it all together seamlessly. We step in 4-6 weeks before your wedding day, starting with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision and review all your plans.
