I’m Alicia Miller, a South Carolina native and proud alumna of the College of Charleston and New York University. My journey into wedding planning began with my own destination wedding from New York in 2021. With a background in event planning and project management, I turned my vision into a day I’ll never forget and realized I wanted to help other couples feel that same magic.

Month of Coordination

Our Month of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want professional support to bring it all together seamlessly. We step in 6 weeks before your wedding day, starting with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision and review all your plans.

2 Video or Phone Consultations

Timeline Development:

We’ll help you finalize a comprehensive wedding day timeline, covering everything from the pre-ceremony preparations to the last dance.

Vendor Coordination:

We'll take over communication with your selected vendors, confirming schedules, managing contracts, and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Ceremony Rehearsal:

A guided run-through of the wedding ceremony to ensure everyone knows their roles and the day flows smoothly.

On-the-Day Coordination:

We’ll be there on the day of your wedding to oversee all aspects, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.

With our Month of Coordination service, you can relax knowing that every detail will be expertly handled, allowing you to savor every moment of your wedding day.

Partial Wedding Planning

(Starting at $2,800)

Our Partial Wedding Planning package is tailored for couples who have laid the groundwork for their wedding but seek expert assistance to refine and complete the planning process. If you've already secured your venue, selected key vendors, or started designing your décor, we step in to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.

You’ll receive everything included in the Month-of Coordination Package, plus the following enhanced services:

6 Video or Phone Consultations

(monthly check-ins to keep you on track)

Assistance with securing up to 2 wedding vendors (excluding venue and catering)

Budget Management:

Set a realistic budget, prioritize what matters most, get vendor recommendations within your price range, and stay on track with spending from start to finish.

Logistics Management:

From seating arrangements to transportation and setup logistics, we handle the intricate details that ensure your day flows smoothly.

Design Refinement:

Whether it’s adjusting your color palette, choosing floral arrangements, or coordinating the overall aesthetic, we’ll work with you to perfect your wedding design.

1 Venue Visits

One walkthrough to review layout, logistics, and design details in person.

Our Full Service Wedding Planning package is ideal for couples who want a truly seamless and personalized planning experience from start to finish. Beginning 12 months before your wedding day, we’ll work side by side to bring your vision to life—curating the perfect vendor team, managing your budget, and refining every detail so your celebration feels effortlessly beautiful and uniquely you. From the first consultation to your last dance, we’ll ensure every moment unfolds flawlessly.

You’ll receive everything included in the Partial Planning Package, plus the following enhanced services:
