FAQ

  • Do you offer day-of coordination?

Day-of coordination is not offered as a standalone service. It is included in both our Partial Planning and Month-of Coordination packages to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly.

  • What is the difference between Day-of Coordination and Month-of Coordination?

    Day-of Coordination
Think of this as someone simply showing up on your wedding day to manage what’s already been planned. While that can sound helpful, it leaves you and your family in charge of tying up all the loose ends in the weeks before your wedding—finalizing timelines, confirming vendors, and handling last-minute details.

    Month-of Coordination
With month-of, I step in about 4–6 weeks before your big day. I’ll review your plans, connect with your vendors, create a detailed timeline, and make sure nothing has been overlooked. By the time your wedding day arrives, I already know your vision inside and out—which means I can manage everything seamlessly while you relax and enjoy.

✨ The difference? Day-of is just showing up. Month-of is making sure every detail is ready so your day runs effortlessly.

  • Do you handle setup and breakdown of furniture?

We handle the setup and breakdown of your decor, but not furniture. We recommend confirming with your venue or rental company who is responsible for furniture setup and breakdown.

  • How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular wedding dates often book 6–8 months in advance, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

  • Can you help with budget planning?

Yes, we offer budget planning assistance as part of our Partial Planning services. We can help you create a realistic wedding budget, track expenses, and ensure your spending aligns with your priorities so you can have a beautiful wedding without unnecessary stress.
